Jo brings over twenty-three (23+) years of experience in administrative management and accounting related to service and industrial/manufacturing companies. Jo's expertise in these areas has been developed through thirteen (13) years experience in direct training under certified public accountants in comprehensive practice, over two (2+) years of general administration courses from Oklahoma State University, and specialized training through corporate sponsored computerized training and proficiency programs. In addition, Jo acted as co-owner and administrative manager for over ten (10+) years with R.D. Schweikhart Consulting, a family owned service company focused on highly technological progression of drilling fluids through chemistry, research and development in drilling/exploration programs and the monitoring and consultation of occupational health and safety during the drilling process.

David brings over twenty-nine (29+) years cumulative experience in management and supervision along with over twenty-five (25+) years cumulative environmental technological experience in laboratory, safety, oversight and air quality. David has attained approximately four (4) years training experience under a certified industrial hygienist (C.I.H.) while acting as the C.I.H.'s director over the laboratory, monitoring and asbestos services division. In addition, David was co-owner, project designer and operations manager for over ten (10+) years with R.D. Schweikhart Consulting, a family owned service company focused on highly technological progression of drilling fluids through chemistry, research and development in drilling/exploration programs and the monitoring and consultation of occupational health and safety during the drilling process. David's other accomplishments include training and certification in quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) for laboratories, phase contrast light microscopy (PCM), polarized light microscopy (PLM), AHERA Inspector/Management Planner, AHERA Project Designer, NESHAP's Revision 1991, HAZWOPER, H.U.D. Title X, Lead Risk Assessor, Lead Contractor and Supervisor and Environmental Site Assessments.

Cole started working with Air & Earth, Inc. in May of 2001. Cole has developed experience as an air monitoring technician, laboratory analyst for Phase-Contrast Microscopy and AHERA management planning for school systems. Cole’s primary designations at Air & Earth, Inc. include intra-office supervisory and managerial roles, CAD illustrations, report-writing, project designing, management planning, as well as providing IT support.
